Custom Packaging Design Services

Chattanooga Box provides custom packaging design services, which includes consulting, design, prototyping and testing, for a wide range of clients in multiple industries. We custom design crating and packaging in corrugated, foam and wood in order to meet our clients' unique packaging requirements.

To ensure our custom packaging designs and prototypes meet our clients' specifications, we perform tests such as accelerated aging, ASTM, atmospheric, burst, compression, DOT, ISTA, shelf-life/real-time aging, shock, UN and vibration testing. In order to facilitate the experience for our customers, our additional services include assembly, die-cutting, distribution, flexographic printing, labeling, laminating and warehousing. We work with clients in Tennessee, North Georgia, North Alabama and North Carolina and have specific experience in industries ranging from aerospace and agriculture to pharmaceutical and solar products.
